About Me

Hello,
My name is Paul and I have been interested in
gardening all my life, from when I used to help my
Grandad as a young boy.  I started working
professionally as a gardener over 17 years ago and
have had my own small business Bees Landscape
                        for over 10 years now.
I live in Southampton, and cover from Portsmouth
to Poole.  I started out maintaining schools, pubs, hotels,
universities and private gardens, moving on to include
designing and landscaping.  Over the years I
have worked on some interesting projects
and have really enjoyed my job.  I genuinely
love what I do and even though it's not the
best paid profession, and sometimes you get
cold and wet, I wouldn't change a thing.

  Before putting this website together
I had to decide how I was going to
present myself, so I had a look round
 at other companies websites, then
made the decision to just be myself.

Within the website, I wanted to
include as many pictures of my work
as possible, with a brief explanation
of each job and I hope that you like
  what I have put together.

    I was fortunate enough to
be able to visit my good
   friend Calou in Sydney
this year.  I fell in love with
the place, and if you ever
get the chance, you must go!
I spent two days in the
   botanical gardens just walking
   around enjoying the plants.
   It's such a strange feeling
when most of the plants you
   recognise are house plants in
the UK and here they all are
   outside.
   You have these fantastic
   gardens with views of the
   harbour bridge, opera house
   and amazing architecture
   all around you, it's just
   beautiful.  It's strange to see
   cockatoos flying around and
   the bats are bigger than
   crows!  I think they should
   give me a job there!!

I have included a picture of my
good friend Calou.  I stayed with
her in Sydney and she showed me
most of the sights.  I took this
picture of her in the Chinese
gardens where you can dress up.
There are a couple of pictures
  below that my daughter took
when we were out in the New
Forest, and a picture of us both
  on her prom night.
